I believe in making therapy approachable, rewarding, and personalized. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Together we will discover what this looks like for you and your unique needs and hopes. Whether we are discussing trauma, grief, profound life transitions, or the day-to-day stressors of being a human, what feels important for you to process in therapy can change overtime or even session to session. And that’s ok! Together we will look at past experiences, current challenges, and patterns of thinking and being in the world. We will utilize tools, strategies, and processing to deepen self-compassion, self-discovery, and, ultimately, foster change, growth, and resilience.
I have seen first hand that with support and some intentional tools people can move through even the most overwhelming challenges. I’m so glad you are here!
